Looking for advice on which HGVC in Orlando to stay in - need 2-3 bedrooms, 1 with ADA

Hi everyone!
I am a HGVC owner and have some points to use. I need to reserve something in Orlando in April. I am bringing my parent who has Parkinson's and an ADA bathroom will be a game changer.

I would appreciate any advice on which HGVC might be best for a family that wants to spend a little time at Disney and needs the least headaches. I will likely rent a car. (I don't think this is an issue since most of the HGVC in Orlando have free parking.)

When I look at the HGVC owner portal. I only see the following resorts:
  • Las Palmeras
  • Parc Soleil
  • SeaWorld
  • Tuscany Village
When I look at Hilton.com, I see
  • Cypress Pointe
  • Grande Villas
  • Grande Beach
Am I able to book Cypress Pointe as a HGCV member?

The cash rate on Hilton.com for a 3-bedroom is $247. That seems like a great rate for a 3-bedroom place.
