Maybe this is a long shot… being originally from Puerto Rico I visit multiple times a year. I usually rack up hotel/Airbnb bills. I was thinking of the TS option on the island so I can pay maintenance fees and use it on my week.

Anyone have a timeshare in PR? Open to San Juan, Cabo Rojo, or Ponce.

Welcome to TUG. I am trying to understand your question better. Are you trying to buy a time share from someone with a TS in PR or are you looking for information on a TS in PR?

I know Hyatt has a TS in PR. I will be visiting there in February for the first time. It is on Dorado Beach.

It sounds like you're thinking about buying a timeshare (vs paying for stays at hotels/AirBnB).

The TUG Resort DB shows several timeshares in Puerto Rico - https://tug2.com/resorts/search?area=caribbean-virgin-islands&location=puerto-rico
Redweek's resale and rental site also shows several - https://www.redweek.com/search/Caribbean/Puerto+Rico-timeshares

You'll definitely save thousands by buying resale vs from the developer.
It's also best to learn about the PROs and CONs of each of the timeshare system with properties in Puerto Rico (Wyndham, Hyatt, etc). You can find that information here on TUG.
You may want to read reviews, visit locations during your next visit and/or rental a week first before making a final decision. For example (link)
TIP: Timeshare may provide a large accommodation, but it may not provide the cheapest option.

I suggest starting here (see link below)

Good Luck and Welcome to TUG :hi:
