Looking for a good, trusted reliable roofing company [San Francisco Bay Area]

Hello,

I have a leak in my roof and tried to get have it fix since January this year . I got refer from a friend at work. I contacted that roofing company and they came to replace a few crack tiles . I paid them the amount they asked for .

Soon after that, the rain came, I see the leak still there, same original spot. I contacted that company again and they keep postpone . At first, they pick up my call and told me that they will need to see their work schedule , but never call me back to give me an appointment to come back to fix my leaking roof . Finally they do not pick up my call any more . My guess is they know my number. I did give them plenty of time and never say anything to upset them .

Now, I give up . I am looking for another roofing company . I set an appointment and go home during lunch to wait for them to come. I wait 2.5 hrs and no one show up . I contacted their office phone number again and no one pick up the phone.

I am looking for a good reliable company in the bay area . If you know the roofing company which is trusted, reliable and responsible for their work, please let me know. I would like to have my leaking roof fix before a raining season come.

I found a local siding contractor thru Home Advisor and was pleased with his services.

Check with a local Real Estate Agent. They use the services all the time and can direct you to a good company in your area.

Thank you ALL for helping me to find a reliable roofing company .

My roof tile is made of cement . I do not know the exact name of it. It looks just like concrete material .

I have asked around but no luck yet. I am still looking and hope to find one soon. I know there is a good roofing company out there . For all the companies which I meet so far, they all talk good with promises but have not done the job right .
