Logged in tonight and I am showing negative points and Contract Cancelation?

It's too late to call has anyone seen this on their accounts before?

A little nervous as I have flight & reservation on Monday...

I’ve only seen it when I expected it because of Certified Exit.

Just brainstorming, do you own any converted fixed weeks? Could you have gotten caught in the Paymentus missed payment glitch and Wyndham unconverted a week? (I only ask because this did happen to someone on Facebook.)

I won't be able to call in till Thursday to find out.

I do own one resale converted fixed week and Paymentus has been a problem since the switch, from setup to over the summer I was notified that my account login may have been compromised, and had to re-set everything but all of my other contracts are fine.

If they uncovered the week I would be totally fine with it...but I gotta say I am enjoying their properties, of all the systems we now belong this is the most F@#$ up. From day one it has been ridiculous. I wanted to own at Wyndham for specific locations but jeez they are the absolute worst...

I agree. They have some wonderful properties, but their online system is the worst. I have problems with Marriott as well, which I have to solve pretty soon. But nothing beats Wyndham for online issues. They are the absolute worst.

We only have resale weeks with Marriott and so far, there have been no issues, I pop on split my lock-offs, book what I need, and deposit the rest. Easy peasy. Haven't had to call in once. Love the fact that the bill for Marriott gives me shows the entire amount due so I can just pay it and be done. Wyndham on the other hand I gotta figure out what the math times it by 12 and hope they don't lose my paymentus account info again.
