Does anyone have a sense of how long Marriott is currently taking to complete a fixed week transfer? We bought a MGC week that was fully recorded and sent to Marriott back on April 1st by LT transfers. I was hoping to have heard something by now but still crickets. I’ve previously purchased Wyndham so am no stranger to long waits, but I thought Marriott was faster. Any insight or recent experiences would be appreciated.

My calculation would have a Marriott confirmation e-mail to you on Thursday June 27th. Any other bets? :D Please keep us informed......

Have you confirmed it was actually sent to MVC on 1 April? I'd double check with LTT to make sure of the information they have. The one I had a few months ago was relatively quick taking only a few weeks (slightly less than 3 IIRC) from the time it was sent to them until I had confirmation by email. I'd probably reach out to MVC as well if it was truly sent 8 weeks ago.

I have a purchase that was sent to MVC on 3/21. I figure with transit delay I'll have hit more than 60 days by Monday (which is Memorial Day...so I plan on giving them a call on Tuesday).

Mine was sent on 3/14 and still waiting as well...

WSJ deed sent 4/15 to Marriott and this is what LTT said

Hello,

Please find attached a copy of your recorded deed.

After we send the necessary documents to resort management via priority mail, it may take 10-12 weeks for them to complete the ownership transfer at the resort level. Once the transfer is completed, you will receive a notification from your resort management company by mail and/or email. In the event that you have not been contacted after the 10-12 week period, feel free to reach out to resort management directly.”

Please note it is 45 to 60 business days and 60 business days would put you around mid-June. I would be patient and hold off calling them until then. They are clearly backed up based on recent transfer timing posted on TUG.

Thanks everyone, I will keep you updated on when this actually goes through. Yes, it definitely was recorded and sent on 4/1 (per LT transfers). Here's hoping it doesn't really take the full 60 work days.

It sure took a while for ours. It was about 90 days. This was a long transfer time for Marriott.

Wyndham is nearly at 5 months for our last several deeds we had recorded and sent all in one envelope with one check. The check was cashed early January. Such terrible customer service.

Would all of summer of 2025 be booked up? Mine was received on May 6.
