I've got a stay at Kingsland scheduled, and I've seen some good reviews of the Legends of Hawaii Luau. I've been searching for discount codes and coupon codes, but haven't been able to find anything. We were hoping to go the day after we check in, so I wanted to book in advance.

Does anyone know if there are discounts available to HGVC owners staying at one of the Waikoloa properties? Should we just book and pay full price?

We might do another luau later in the week, so if anyone has recommendations, we'd be very appreciative.

Thanks!

We really, really enjoyed Feast of Lele--so much more than Old Lahaina Luau that we had done in the past. The food was *so much better* and they space the food and the entertainment so that you can enjoy each without them competing with each other.

Worth every penny we spent on it.

There is a free hula show at KL on Thursday, why pay to go see the same thing and eat at buffet?

There are also two free shows at Mauna Lani with a couple of nice dining places there, we went to Tommy Bahama and I used the $50 coupon for signing up on the web site (someone posted a link here on TUG).

The only way to get a discount card at KL is to attend the presentation for a HOLO HOLO card.

Duplicate, didn't read all replies before posting.

Completely agree. We saw the free hula at KL and it was great. It even included a fire dancer. Save your money and go on the evening Manta Ray snorkel instead or drive to the volcano to watch the latest flow. Both are an E ticket.

An authentic luau show is much more than just a "hula show". That is what makes Old Lahaina Luau and Feast at Lele stand out above the others. I am not familiar with the luaus on the Big Island so I have none there to recommend.
