Lawrence Welk Resort Villas

We will be staying at Lawrence Welk Resort Villas from July 2 to 9 in Harmony Hill, unit #333. Does anyone know if the units in that building have been renovated?

What can we expect the weather to be like at that time?

We will be spending some time visiting relatives in Chula Vista and Dana Point, but we would appreciate suggestions for activities, attractions, restaurants, etc. Thanks.

It will probably be HOT! :D

But it is close to the Wild Animal Park and Legoland and an easy drive over to the coast for cooler weather.

Also if you like gaming, you are close to the Indian Casino's in north San Diego County.
 
We were there in July a couple years ago and it was actually very pleasant with a nice breeze blowing. I think, but am not 100% sure that our unit is on Harmony Hill and when I called recently it had been renovated in Oct. 04, just a few months after we were there.
It's a very relaxing place, you'll like it and an easy drive to San Diego.
