I still belong to a FB group for a Florida TS I gave away a few years ago. It has gone through a very rough time with multiple special assessments, closure due to hurricane (ongoing) etc. I noticed some people are posting about an exit program offering. I know Latour/Festiva has other TS resorts, maybe this can be useful info for those that want out.

NOTE: Many are reporting you can negotiate buy-back amount. One stated started at $1850 and ended with $250.
 
I'm a Festiva Orlando owner and have received very little information regarding the bankruptcy other than recently they sent me a deed back form that has to be completed by Jan 12th. I don't understand why I should deedback my shares though because wouldn't I get my share of proceeds from a sale? Obviously I'm new to this so any advice is appreciated.
