Latest on current transfer time

My last one took at least that long. Bought last year and finally showed up in my account two weeks ago.
 
Might be running a little quicker currently. My most recent one was received by Wyndham on 11/3/21, points were placed in my account 12/24/21.
 
Running much quicker, for sure. LT Transfer sent one to Wyndham on 12/15/21. Points were removed from my account on 1/28/22. Transfer was to an existing Member and Points are in their account. Smooth, and now quick, process.
 
Well LT sent two over 12/8 for me and neither has gone. Never had good luck on transfer time.
 
LTT sent four packages to Wyndham on 12/30/21. Points for three of the four contracts came off my account in the last three nights.

Was this a Club Wyndham Access accoutn by any chance?
 
How long after points transfer out of owners account do they get put in new owners account If new owner is not a club Wyndham owner?
 
A question I have that's related to this topic. We just purchased a resale account, title sent to Wyndham January 18th... I have the contract number but how do I obtain the member number in order to sign up for an online account. I know likely not transferred yet, but just trying to be prepared.

Once the transfer is complete, Wyndham should give you all that information. Or you can call customer service (again once transfer is complete) and they will give it to you. Until then, be patient

Question, since I rescinded & just purchased resale, what's the likelihood that they'll reuse my member account created for my (soon to be?) rescinded purchase?
 
We have several things I sold with LT Transfers handling things.

On March 22nd they sent the recorded deed and paperwork for one of them to Wyndham and both the contract and the points left our account on April 28th.

On March 31st another was sent to Wyndham and it left our account today, May 3rd

So right around 5 weeks from the time they were sent to Wyndham which includes the time they took to be delivered. :cheer:

Did you give back certified exit or was Wyndham the buyer third party? 4-5 week transfer time happens only when Wyndham has a stake in it.

Both were to other owners.

I don't know if this has any relevance but both were also Hawaii resorts, Waikiki Beach Walk and Bali Hai. Maybe the Hawaii ones get special handling to make sure they don't slip through as developer?

I have another one at Grand Desert that was sent in on the same day as the second Hawaii one. I'll post when it comes out of our account.

I thought Hawaii deeds had to be hand delivered and not electronically submitted similar to Canterbury and National Harbor.

That would only count towards the length of time it takes to get the deed transferred to a new owner, which is the part that LT Transfers did. It has nothing to do with how long it takes Wyndham to process things on their end once everything is sent to them.

Wyndham advises that it can take 12-16 weeks or whatever. Sometimes it gets done much faster but you can't count on it. Maybe this is a slow time for them?

My mistake; LT Transfers sent the Grand Desert to Wyndham on April 6th not March 31st. It left our account this morning, May 5th. That's 4 weeks and 1 day which includes however long it took for Wyndham to get it and log it in.

For Wyndham to be getting these done so quickly this must not be a busy time for them.
 
I spoke with Title Services last week and they said once they have the transfer request and payment/transfer fee, it’s running 6-8 weeks now but my tittle company told me it is running closer to 4 weeks.
 
I had one that cleared in 4 weeks earlier this year (from the time Wyndham received it til the time it transferred). That is Wyndham time only, not including the time to record the deed, etc. Just time Wyndham got completed documentation and request to transfer to the time the transfer was complete.
