Hi! How about sharing a few details about your 1 Bedroom Condo and about the Royal Islander Resort? We haven't visited St Martin since the Covid scare and we now have an opportunity to return. So, I am curious about the state of things on the island and at the Royal Islander. In particular, will the Resort's pool be open during the 2 weeks that you are marketing? How about the Hot Tub? How about the restaurants and the casino at the Sonesta? How are things on the Maho Bay Beach these days (have the beach renovations post hurricane been completed? How about the golf course?) How safe is it on the French side? (we used to love visiting downtown Grand Case and Marigot!).
Regarding your 4th floor 1 BR condo- can I assume that you have a balcony? Can I assume that you have a king size bed? How about the bathroom- does your condo have a walk-in shower or a bathtub/shower combination? How about the kitchen- can we expect a remodeled space with new stuff (full size appliances, near-new countertop appliances, enough flatware and glassware for 4 guests)? Can we expect that the elevators go all the way to the 4th floor, so no stair hiking will be necessary? How about the shuttle? Does the Islander still cooperate with the Sonesta and run a shuttle bus to the Airport or must we arrange our own transportation? If so, maybe you can suggest someone to call to make arrangements with? If you make the time to answer my questions, I be thinking that you will substantially increase your chances of renting your condo, even if it is not to me! The last review about the Royal Islander that I found on TUG was from the year 2019! I hope to hear from you ... very soon! Thanks!

Hi! It is now 11-8-24, at 10AM ET (USA) and no response from the O/P about this Last Minute Rental. I've got United Air on hold waiting for me to book our flight from Newark. Does anybody have anything good to say about this property from a recent stay there? I will define recent as within the last 12 months. Thanks for any help!
