2nd question for the day.
Is Last Call RCI reservation at no costs for point but just out of pocket $?
That's how I read it on their website for HGVC owner; it is certain dollar amount but doesn't cost any point.
Or am I misinterpreting?

Yes, that is how Last Call works. Extra Vacations also work this way (no cost in TPU) but are generally much more expensive than Last Calls.

Just the cash rental cost. If you are looking at Mexico or the Caribbean be aware that some are listed as "mandatory all inclusive." The last call does not cover any All inclusive fee or certain taxes or resort fees that may be payable upon check in. The important information paragraph that you have to click on agree before booking should have info if these types of fees apply.
