We have been asked at HICV to change all our points into the Land Trust to signaturize all our points and have everything under one umbrella instead of owning in 2different States. Is this a good idea. We are from Canada and they said it will save having to go through probate when we die .

how much they charging to do that? And how will your maintenance fees change? I wouldn’t believe anything they said about it being better when you die. I would only do it if it makes sense financially which it probably won’t.
Yeah, no. This sounds like a terrible deal. You'd still own something based in the states. They are trying to figure out a way to take money out of your pocket. If you like what you have currently, and use it, and can afford it, why change? Don't let them ferment FOMO!
