(I’m not referring to the two story version.)

I can see the layout. I like the idea of the separate balconies when we’re traveling with another couple. Is there anything else we should know about the difference in the two units?

Also I’m wondering if there is a major difference in the buildings in which they locate the units.

Appreciate any advice/input.

Thanks,

Norma

The single-entry 2BR are on the ends of the Messina and Palermo buildings overlooking the lake. The dual-entry lock off are on the sides of the same buildings. In Messina they could be overlooking the pool area (without much of a view of the pool) or townhomes. In Palermo the dual-entry 2BR units could be overlooking the courtyard area and townhomes or looking into the "bamboo wall" beside Palermo. Single entry are also the furthest from the elevators.

While the lock off dual-entry may be best for couples and privacy, I much prefer the single-entry dedicated 2BR units.

The 2BR portion of the 3BR lockoff would also be considered a single entry 2BR and that is on the sides.

Thanks. The info I’m looking for…😊

Also, the true dedicated has 2 doubles or queens in the second bedroom whereas the lockoff has a king in the second bedroom. I don't recall the 2 BR part of the 3 BR lockoff.
