Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort Management

I know this used to be Embassy and there was a link with the Kauai, Maui, and Lake Tahoe timeshares for internal trade priorities in RCI. I believe Sunterrra (??) bought out embassy and I think the internal trade between the three properties was then dropped within RCI. Does anyone know if this is correct? Also, does anyone know if RCI still holds the Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort deposits until 6 months prior for internal trades for Lake Tahoe Vaction Resort and Maui owners? We've been thinking about possibly trying for an exchange in summer 2010 and are wondering how likely/impossible it is to get a 2 bedroom there in summer.

DRI, which bought out Sunterra, which apperantly bought out part of Embassy now manages Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort and Kaanapali on Maui, which also was an Embassy resort. I know that internal exchanges between Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort and Kaanapali are possible through DRI's internal exchange program if you belong to THE Club, which was the old SunOptions.
