Steak Snobs?? We are looking for info on a great steak restaurant in the lake tahoe area near Incline Village if possible. Two daddies with four college boys - big portions appreciated. Any thoughts out there??

The lone eagle grill across from the incline village hyatt is pretty great, the chart house at south shore is also great. In Reno-40 minutes from incline, sterlings steak house at the silver legacy, as well as the steak house at the grand sierra resort (formerly reno hilton) are both pretty great.

Where is Jake's Kings Beach?? Is it in Incline Village, South Shore or Reno??
 
Jakes part of Kimos Hawaii chain

Jakes, at Tahoe City, and Sunnyside are part of the chain that operates Kimos and Dukes in Hawaii and maybe Dukes inSouthern CA. Great, fun, trendy resturants.
 
I enjoyed excellent steak dinners at both Jakes in Tahoe City and at the Old Range Steakhouse in Tahoe Vista (closer to Incline Village). Enjoy!

I had a buisness meeting in North Tahoe last April and we ate at http://www.sunnysideresort.com/

They had a variety of items on the mnu but the location on the shore was spectacular!

When are you going? I am at Squaw March 25 this year. Funny if we met again.
