Today I am reviewing one of the former Diamond International location now called the Hilton Vacation Club ... Lake Tahoe Resort. You can view Lake Tahoe from the Property. The studio has a mini kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and Tub, as well as two Queen beds.

The resort has a nice pool. that is part indoors and part outdoors. This is perfect for year round use. The hot tub is indoors so always available. There are grills and fire pits as well. The resort also boasts of having a bar and a restaurant. My room is on the sixth floor and faced the lake an the mountains behind them.

There is no cost for parking for owners. The parking lot does get crowded, but they have an additional parking lot across the street with shuttle service to and from.

I parked one day in the overflow and one day in the main lot. The overflow is about another 10 yards from the edge of the parking lot.

If you are an owner using points there is no fee. If you are an owner visiting and not using points the fee would apply. The fee applies to exchangers and renters. I am not sure if DEX guests are charged the fee.
