Laguna Shores only has (4) 1 bedroom units that are called Admirals. The rest are Captain small studio with murphy bed and then there are Commodores which are larger studios with queen/king size bed and pull out sofa. There seasons are Winter/Spring/Summer.

Don’t really see these listed too often. Tricom Management is the managing company and they sometimes have them for sale. Summer season is popular because its summer at the beach along with the Sawdust Festival.

If you happen to be in the area they have a bulletin board with owners who are trying to sell or rent there units. Unfortunately, management will not give you any info over the phone on the listings you have to be there in person.

The resort website for Laguna Surf has for sale and for rent listings by owners. See below. Laguna Shores may have a similar website. We have never stayed at the resort but have visited Laguna Surf when we have stayed up at Newport Coast Villas. The location is very nice even if the units do not appear to be terribly large.. Laguna Surf is on the ocean side of the highway and I believe that Laguna Shores is across the highway from the ocean.

I exchanged into Laguna Shores Studio a year ago.
The location of the property is wonderful.
There are a few units located oceanfront.
However, mine was not one of those and there seem to be more undesirables.
I wouldn't want to stay again unless I was guaranteed a better view.
There was a bulletin board in laundry room with rentals available.
I don't remember if there were sales listed.
