Hello Everyone,
I am new to tug, can anyone provide information, opinions, and pics of La Cabana Beach and Racquet Club in Aruba. I am interested in purchaseing here....
I understand they are going to take on a major resort renovation.

They will be having special assessments beginning this year for the next several years. You may do better renting from other owners for now and buying when the assessments are over.

Actually, it's a (hefty) one-time assessment, that can be paid in full at a discount or spread over three years:

Certainly something to be aware of if looking to buy there, but not necessarily a deal-breaker if the overall price is attractive. (when the assessment has been taken into acccount)
