KOR parking charges for non-owners ?

Sorry for reposting something that has probably been asked before - does anyone know if non-owners are charged for parking at WKOR ? If so, is it just part of the daily resort fee or is it a separate charge.

Are you staying on a cash rate? Or booked as a timeshare based stay (StarOptions, Interval International, rental from owner)?

I'm the owner and booked the reservation with my Home use week. Rented it via Redweek as I was unable to use the week this year. Asking for the renter.

When you rent from a timeshare owner the ONLY mandatory fee is the State of Hawaii Occupancy Tax.
Self-parking is free.
The resort fee is free.
The standard mid-week tidy, is free.
Wifi is free.
