Ko Olina Inventory

I'm curious if anyone has any other insights or thoughts on what is going on with Ko Olina inventory. There are no dates available next July by points or weeks.

We own a week, 2-Bedroom OV, weeks 1-50 and there are all of 2 days available for check-in in all of 2026.

I get that inventory can ebb and flow and it's not spread evenly over the course of the year. But I've never seen it be this difficult to book. Is there maintenance planned that will close rooms or something else?

For points I can only see availability in July searching for a five night reservation.

I own multiple weeks and booked back to back reservations for June 28 and July 5, back in June.
I know that doesn't explain everything you're seeing on the points side, but just wanted to report that there has been July weeks available. It's peak summer and competetive, especially for people who rent out their weeks.

I see a lot of availability when I check 7 nights.

Edited to say it's only for Mountain View though when filtering for 2BR.
