Kingsland Room types

Hi there owner at Kingsland but have always stayed in a 2BD+. I am bringing my family and in order to make this work I have a 2BD and some 1BDs booked. Which floor is a BR1 and a BR2? Are both of these generally the parking lot? Or golf course/resort view? Tia

Thank you. I did, and it only talks about the building number but nothing in regards to floor or view. Thank you though

On the Club website, the description for both lists these as located on the first or second floors, with a resort or garden view. These codes are for phase two, and from what i have read all of the 1br in phase two face the parking lot...

I know that is true for Bay Club but not sure KL.

Well, half face the parking lot at KL of the one bedrooms. That was our experience.

We were just in both phases of KL and no views are ocean, but I liked the views from buildings 1 and 25, where we were located. We had exchanges with RCI. The second phase has bidets in the bathrooms, but the first phase does not. Phase 2 has interior hallways as well. We love it there and plan to go back in a couple of years.

We are Phase 1 people, particularly buildings 3 & 4. They face the Serenity Pool and the location is just as the name suggests. First floor building 3 or 4 is fior us.
