At the Kierland this week and attended the annual owner review today, received 6500 starpoints. All of the 2BR lockout units at Kierland are sold for all seasons. They do have a few 1BR EOY units for sale but I wasn't looking to buy anything so don't have any price info. The new buildings (#6 and #7) are complete although it doesn't look like anyone is staying in #7 yet. Stay away from any rooms in building #6 that end in 16 unless you enjoy a parking lot view.

Now that Kierland is basically sold out the Kierland sales reps are pushing the villas in Hawaii, Cancun, and Orlando. Not sure if this is old news but the sales rep did state that the villas at the Westin Cabo will become part of SVN this year, Turnberry Scottland will be the first SVN location in Europe. He also stated that SVN has major expansions plans but didn't provide any specifics.
 
what are the current prices for 2 br l/0? When are they available?
