I have had a Spring Training week small one bedroom listed on TUG for a while now with no inquires. I have had luck in the past listing and getting renters on Redweek, but their fees keep going up so I was hoping to avoid using them this year. At this late date (check in is 3/8/25), do you think it is worth putting on Redweek? And if I cancel the reservation at this point, I know I can't bank the S/O's, but could I deposit the small one bedroom into Interval?

Help me figure out what is the best way to save my S/O's.
Thanks

If you list it on Redweek at a reasonable price and with "verified and protected" I believe you will likely rent it out. Yes, you will pay a $99 success fee + listing fees.

You can avoid their fees by not listing "verified and protected" (aka "have Redweek handle it") but they make the listing much less visible and will list it at the very bottom. With less than 4 weeks to go, I wouldn't do that.

A "reasonable price" imo at this point would be in the bottom 1-3 for the listings for the comparable units during still listed for that entire same month with booking protection - that looks like around $1400-$1600 right now.

You can filter by:
- Unit type
- Booking protection
- Month of March

and then sort by price per night

I rarely use Interval, so others can give you better info on that.

Good luck!

According to Redweek, I am too late for them to verify and post. Oh well, I may do the DIY posting.

On their verified and protected Redweek also add around a 10% fee to your rental price and 12% taxes so for a $1,600 listing the renter pays closer to $2,000

I just rented my WKV March week on Redweek, DIY last week.
I will not do their verified/protected, because I don't want anyone holding my money.

in most cases to pull top dollar for a rental, it needs to be posted more than just 2 months ahead of time.

for an early march rental, getting your listing up at the end of november is gong to limit your audience or require you to lower your price to be at the bottom of the range, not the top.
