Kevin O'Leary of Shark Tank lowered himself to promote traveling exit company Encore Law, Inc.

This isn't going to end well for Kevin O'Leary. He should do more due diligence before he attaches his name to a business. Encore Law, Inc. travels the country putting on high pressure timeshare exit presentations in various cities. They portray themselves as a law firm, starting with their name, and in fact Kevin O'Leary calls them a "legal network" in the promotional video found at Encore Law's website (see below). However, they are not a law firm. Difficult to find on their website is the disclaimer in which they admit they are not a law firm.

• Website created March 2023 and Texas corporation created April 2023 YET they claim to have been founded in 2007.
• Does anyone really believe this? They claim to have obtained $20M in REFUNDS for their timeshare clients. This is from their website - "During the past decade, Encore Law’s Legal Network has successfully retrieved more than $20,000,000 in refunds for clients who have now relinquished their timeshare ownership. Along with being relieved of their timeshare obligations, many clients were able to recover their initial deposits and annual maintenance fees for the years they owned the property."
• They claim their main office is in Tennessee but there is no record of Encore Law, Inc. doing business in Tennessee (secretary of state has no record of this business).
• Nothing on the web to suggest they were doing any business prior to March 2023 (11 months).

The main image on their website of five people all dressed in business attire is also a stock photo. Doing a Google Image search of it has it showing up all over the place.

Kevin is also clearly reading a script. He has also attached himself to previously questionable endeavors (crypto).

It's a major disappointment how many media 'celebrities' promote timeshare relief, debt relief, reverse mortgage companies, etc - all have the predatory practices stench about them. Don't know why these folks think they can do these 'side endorsements' without it affecting perception of their main gigs.

It looks like they bought this video of Kevin through Cameo. If you don't know what Cameo is, you basically pay some celebrity through the Cameo app to read a script. Most times for birthdays, celebrations or well wishes. Kevin's videos start at $1,500.

What have we learned here? Cameo is cash grab and a Cameo celebrity would be more than happy, upon proper payment, to read a prepared script for anyone, including unethical scammer companies. Kevin O’Leary will learn soon enough if $1,500 was worth it.

None of this is surprising as it's now become a integral part of our social issue that transcends all borders, cultures and ethnicities that celebrities have taken the highest pedestal in the psyche to be allowed to dictate flow of money. So as long as it isn't anything overtly illegal and can sidestep laws they will continue to do so or carve out loopholes in the legal system to continue the gravy train. Look no further then representatives in government that consider themselves immune from insider trading knowledge from privileged information kept from the general populous, then what to say of celebrities that already have the means and ways. All we can do is proper due diligence to avoid the celebrity pitfall.
