We would like to head back to the Hawaiian Islands and add Kauai for a two week trip. Every time I look at the Bali Hai pictures on the Wyndham website I get discouraged. Has Bali Hai had any updates? The pictures look so dated. Do they have central air? What about the Wyndham Ka Eo Kai resort? Has that resort had any recent updates and do they have central air?

No central air but AC in the bedrooms at Bali Hai. When are you going? You should look for Shearwater instead.

I am looking at purchasing a Bali Hal contract and was wondering the same. I know MFs are low now but should I expect to see higher fees on the horizon for updating?
