Lihue Airport Changes Start Today, Go Through 2026

Landing on Kauai soon? Lihue Airport has shifted all pickups to one side of the terminal, and a road closure begins next week. What usually feels quite effortless will now require a quick heads up.

Plan ahead now: Road closure scheduled for Pe‘e Road at intersection of Po‘ipū Road | Kauai Now

The closure is scheduled from Feb. 23 to March 16, weather permitting; it is necessary to accommodate ongoing construction of a roundabout at the intersection.
