Smoky Mountain Gatlinburg, TN Timeshare Vacation

I have two timeshare units for rent during the week of July 4th 2020 at the Smoky Mountain Gatlinburg Holiday Inn Club Vacation (HICV) Resort which is located a block from the center of downtown Gatlinburg, TN. Resort features an indoor pool, water slide, play place, and activities for kids and adults.

1 bedroom: Check-in Thursday July 2nd, check-out Tuesday July 7th. $575

The rate is firm at this time. I talked to the resort yesterday. According to the resort, Gatlinburg is not accepting any new reservations (other than those booked previously like these two) until August due to CDC requirements and to ensure there is plenty of space for all guests to spread out.

I had a couple reservations (1bd and 2bd with staggered dates) for our family for dance nationals but those were canceled a couple months ago when sports were canceled because of COVID.

If you're interested, please let me know and I can get you additional details.

What is the rate for the 1 bedroom and would I need to stay from Thursday through Tuesday. If I want to check in on 7/3 check out 7/5 is the rate different ?

The 1 bedroom unit from 2-7 July is still available. It is the only reservation that remains. You can checkin late or check out early, but the rate will be the same since the reservation is already made.
