The Cosmo has 5 levels of below ground parking. Only B3 has access to the dedicated Jockey Club elevators.

From the Jockey Club driveway, proceed down the ramp past the Cosmo Valet area. This will be the B2 level. Continue turning to the right until you reach the ramp to go down to the B3 level. Still turning to the right you will see overhead signs and arrows to the Jockey Club area parking. There is no assigned or sectioned off area for Jockey Club guests. It is more or less in the middle of the parking level. The Jockey Club elevators are designated by a small 6" x 12" sign on the wall. There are also signs for the Cosmo East elevators and tower and West elevators and tower which are on opposite ends of the parking level.

The elevator has four levels
B3 - for the garage and parking
JC1 - to the back of the former valet and covered parking area of the Jockey Club. From here you can walk into the Jockey Club main lobby to check in.
C - Cosmopolitan Casino level
JC2 - Jockey Club pool deck level next to the work out room. Crossover to the Jockey Club rear tower.

Note: The Cosmo parking levels are 'sensored' to tell you how many spaces are available (regular and handicap) and have arrows to guide you to these spaces. Be aware that on weekends Cosmo visitors are parking anywhere and every where but level B3 has the only elevators to take you to the Jockey Club.

I loved the green and red lights above each parking space. Apparently there are sensors in the floor or wall that monitor if the space is occupied or not. You can look down the row and immediately see a vacant spot that has a green light above it. The light turns to red when you pull into the spot.
