Jade Tree Cove is the best kept secret. In one of the nicest area of Myrtle Beach. Beachfront, steps onto the beach.

Changing my portfolio to what I use. This is a week I do not use, I own others at Jade Tree Cove, actually purchased another last month for a week I can use each year. I love it here so much I want to have weeks I can use instead of trading.

This week has great weather without the school crowds. For 2018, start date September 29.

Right now it trades in RCI. Management told me the board of directors are looking into joining Interval.

In RCI for 2018, 17 TPUs today.

I will pay for transfer.

Did you deposit the 2018 week in RCI? I have a hold on RCI for week 52 this year. Sounds like a nice place.

No, for the week offered, the new owner will have use as I did not deposit it.

I love Jade tree. Not sure how it will be week 52. I love sitting on the terrace and walking the beach. Hope it is warm enough for you to enjoy.

I own a few also in April and it's really nice at that time too. I probably will deposit or rent one of the April weeks as I have a conflict.
