Issues accessing vistana.com/dashboard

I'm a brand new owner and I just registered for the vistana.com website. Immediately after creating my account, I get login information to the website. Is anyone else having this issue?

Also, my deed shows my last name correctly, but the new owner letter they mailed to me has my last name spelled incorrectly. Is this something I should be concerned about and will it mess up our reservations?
 
What issue are you having with the website? The name matters, because that will be the name they put on your confirmations.
 
Sounds like the title department set your account up wrong. Try giving them a call. Call the HOA phone number and ask to be transferred to Title.

I guess I have to call them to get it corrected to what the deed shows since that is so tough to do :( Regarding the website issue, I cannot login - it is giving me a "This page is not working" response.

Can you provide the HOA number? I have the one number they included in the welcome letter, and am unsure if it is the correct number.

No problems logging in here either. Try clearing your cookies and temporary internet files and see if you can then log in. For the number, just call the direct number and extension that Denise provided.
 
It's working for me.

Odd that it is working for you but I am getting the error on all attempts from different devices. I just tried on my phone, and it gave me the same error until I pressed the back button at which point I am able to see the dashboard. I am now navigating in the dashboard on my phone, but would prefer to be able to do so on my computer.

Can you be clearer here? You said that you successfully set up an account on Vistana site, and now when you go into Vistana with your username/password - you get page not working. Correct?

When you registered - did you see your properties in the 'What I Own' section? What did you see? Did you get in and successfully get a password/username?

This likely has nothing to do with name on welcome letter, but should make sure databases are aligned.

It is working on my phone right now, will try my computer again after dinner. I'm assuming if my name is correct in the dashboard then I'm good to go.

I think the name on the dashboard is just based on how you registered your online account. I would still suggest calling Title tomorrow to get the name fixed.
 
I'm into the system now. I will call tomorrow about the name to make sure it doesn't mess anything up. Thanks!

Did you buy a voluntary or mandatory week? If voluntary, it is up to you to setup your own II account with Interval International. If mandatory, my experience is that it isn't all that fast. I didn't pay real close attention since we use the StarOptions, but I didn't notice an II account number associated with our ownership for at least a month, if not longer.

I purchased a mandatory week at WKV, 2 bed LO, Platinum.

Then it may take a month or more for them to get your II account activated. Unless you are wanting to start buying getaways, you won't have much use for the II account if you plan to use the StarOptions that came with your week.
