Is Westin Los Cabos a good rental?

I have 71k SO (Westin Aventuras) for 2025 and most probably I won't be using those. I was thinking about booking Westing Los Cabos for new years and rent it out.

Does anyone knows if there is there is good demand for that? Currently, there is nothing being offered at Redweek for that resort in December 2025.
