You can go to the II website and look at some things such as the resort directory without logging in. But to see Getaways or Exchanges that are available, you have to have an account, which means you first have to have a timeshare that trades in II.Is there a way to sample or review the Interval International system/website?
For an idea of what is available when, look at the Sightings thread including the random good stuff thread for each year; those are for the cheap accommodation certificates that are given out at random times. Is there a way to sample or review the Interval International system/website?
Unless you want to go to places like Orlando, or are very very last minute flexible, seeing availability in II won't help. You need ongoing searches and/or multiple daily searches or the help of the last minute forum on TUG, who takes advantage of others doing those searches to find the good stuff. A lot of good stuff lasts less than 10 minutes so random searches even once a week, will probably show not a whole lot of desirable inventory.Thank you for your replies. I have an EOYO with Hilton. Trying to determine if it is worthwhile getting an EOYE at an II resort so that I will have access to both RCI and II.

Only Hilton Vacation Club, the old Diamond Resorts properties.I thought Hilton traded in II.
There is HIlton Grand Vacation Club and the Hilton Vacation club (formally Diamond), those exchange through II. In addition, there are some affiliates in Hilton Grand that exchange through both rci and II.I thought Hilton traded in II.
Personally, I got a couple resorts to try II. Jury is still out if it was worthwhile, but it's certainly not like RCI where there's a lot of reasonable availability sitting there in cash and exchanges. I'd probably suggest adding a Craig week to HGVC, and using that to grab a one year II membership to actually try the darn thing, with the out that you got HGVC points at a good MF/pt, can probably resell, and could also leverage for DEX. I didn't do that cause I didn't want to put down the $6,000 ish dollars to get a 2BR up front there, when "decent" II traders were free to pick up. But I might have spent $6k in 3 years (2 resorts) and not really get much / be able to trade to great locations.Thank you for your replies. I have an EOYO with Hilton. I knew about Diamond being under the HVC umbrella, but there are some resorts in II with HGVC in their name, too. I just re-checked those and it looks like even though they have HGVC in the Resort Name, the resort contact links to Embark Resorts. There are 2 exceptions: Elara in Las Vegas and the Craigendarroch Lodges in Scotland both list hiltongrandvacations.com under contact.Only Hilton Vacation Club, the old Diamond Resorts properties.
