Navarre is chock full of rentals, very nice ones too. I'm not sure that any of them are 'pure' timeshare.
There are several large rental agencies and a very strong VRBO presence. I've stayed in the Beach Colony Resort and really enjoyed it. Great set-up. I know there are 3br units and maybe 4br's as well. Might be only penthouses that are 4br.

This place has several locations in the area you're looking at. They have a Pensacola Beach location in RCI that is the closest one to Navarre. Make sure you know that there are state parks in the area if you drive beachside and they are quite slow on the speed limit. The next closest place with timeshares is Destin or Fort Walton Beach they have quite a few timeshares there including some very nice ones. The Destin location has II and RCI.
