Is there a reason that my change reservation is not showing available rooms?

Lagoon Tower shows that the25th to the 26th adn 26th to the 27th are available, but my change reservation does not show them. It has been this way for several hours, so not like they just sold out.

I could not see the 26th in my change reservation so I called and they moved it for me. I really do not want to miss the 27th if it sells out tonight and I have to wait until 8am EST tomorrow for them to move it for me.

It has been completely insane, but I have managed to cobble together the rooms and days that I needed using my bonus points and my regular points, other than this final night of the 26th to the 27th.

if you manage to pull off Christmas using BPs, you should get your photo on the Wall of Fame. I wouldn't want to try that, not that I ever had or will have BPs, but that is really making the most of them
 
That is the default when I click 'change reservation', but when I slide it, it says not available. It did the same thing with the 26th and I had to call to get them to move it.

All of those reservations other than the 23 - 26 are BPs. It took a lot of work and a lot of help and knowledge from the folks in this group to pull it off.
 
There is a glitch in the system where sometimes in the new reservation screen, you will see availability but when you go to the change reservation screen they are not there. You need to call CS to add the dates or you can try the app. I have been able to work though the app when it does that but calling CS may be easier.

I had called to move to the 26th, I will see if the app works to add the 27th. Thanks. :)

well, even though it is another hour until the 26th - 27th can be booked, they all just vanished :/
