Is Lagunamar gold season a good trader?

HI everyone, I own WLR platinum season and i am very happy with its trading power in Interval. I may need another trader in the future. I am thinking Marriott Grand Chateau Las Vegas or another Lagunamar but gold. Because Lagunamar platinum season is more money, i was wondering if WLR gold season would do the job or if it is better to just go with Marriott.

Thanks!

It depends on where you want to trade in to. Since both systems have trading preference periods, you decision should be mostly made based on if you mainly want to trade in to Marriott or Vistana properties.

MGC is a great Marriott trader. I don't regret buying it one bit. I've used it to get into HI Marriotts over the last few years. Can't speak to WLR, but I second dioxide's comment about trading preference.

I think any Vistana resort will be a good trader. For example, I’ve had years of excellent trades from SDO and SVR. No need to buy any specific season...if it’s a trader, get the cheapest you can (at least one of mine was free...).

@NiteMaire - Hi - does the Grande Chateau still trade well? would you know how many bedrooms would be needed to deposited into II in hopes of getting at least one bedroom at Aruba Ocean club or Surf Club. Thanks

Might have been a one off but at the start of this year I got a 2BR WKORVN in II for a 1BR WLR Gold. Could have also had a 2BR at Nanea or WKORV.
