100% resale!!
When I looked earlier this morning the discount was there.
I just looked again and it is showing the discount:

What's funny is that I DID see them, but now I don't. I saw the discounts for Bonnet Creek on April 18th for sure for mid July. I booked a presidential, which didn't have the discounted points and kind of himmed and hawed about booking deluxe to save points (but decided we have plenty of points to use and decided to just splurge). And then when I started fretting last week about losing Bonnet Creek because of the reduced occupancy I looked at the other Orlando locations and I'm positive I saw it at Reunion and Star Island. No screen shots, but I know I saw them since I noodled on switching and saving!
ETA: we're just plain old resale owners, no VIP benefits or anything.
Oh Yeah. We so rarely book in the discount window I forget about it. Our VIP is only temporary so not something we have gotten used to.Your account is showing VIP silver discounts, not the one on the offers page.
I thought it didn't include weekends.
To be honest I’ve always chuckled to myself when a non VIP is complaining about not getting a discount similar to a VIP.I called them and they said it should be fixed tomorrow so fingers crossed!

Also as I stated prior in a didn’t thread that it made no sense to be giving non VIP discounts while cancelling others reservations!!

I'm pretty neutral on it personally. IMHO, Wyndham offers discounts on specific resorts that have periods of underutilization that aren't adequately compensated for in the seasonally adjusted pricing to lead to what they believe is a more beneficial occupancy level. This allows Wyndham to target the supply side of the market (i.e., specific resorts) rather than the demand side (i.e., specific customers = VIPs). The two sets of discounts have different purposes. It's unfortunate that there's the COVID PHE overlay that has cancellations happening at the same time, but they aren't happening in the same locations.
Star Island and Cypress Palms point charts made sense before Bonnet Creek, but now Wyndham has way too much Orlando inventory and nobody would stay at those resorts over Bonnet Creek unless they discounted the rooms. Honestly, the only time I haven't seen those resorts discounted is in the spring and during the holidays when BC is at capacity. The most I'd be willing to pay to stay at those 2 locations is 84,000 a week in a 1 bedroom deluxe, but they can't change the point chart. Usually I will stay at Bonnet Creek the first 5 weekdays of summer in a 1 bedroom deluxe for only 48,000 points when it's discounted 35% and nowhere near having all 1149 rooms filled. Cypress Palms is good when I want to be close to the Orlando water parks in the summer. I almost always have an active Aquatica pass and will often also get the Disney Waterpark after 2pm pass as well so I have 3 water parks to enjoy in Orlando as well as SeaWorld.
I'm complaining that it's advertised but not actually offered. There's a difference. It's not like I expect to be given a discount at Clearwater where the demand is greater than the supply. If they don't offer these point discounts I would never use up the last minute bonnet creek inventory unless it was in the value season. Bonnet Creek is almost always weekday discounted when there's a lot of last minute inventory. I almost never make a Bonnet Creek reservation more than a few weeks out. If I wanted Clearwater or weekend discounts, then I'd have to buy VIP.
Discounts will be available in July when the temp hits 115. LOLDiscounts in Vegas aren’t showing up either.

Or Is it just jealousy that a resale owner can travel without the large sunk cost of a VIP?To be honest I’ve always chuckled to myself when a non VIP is complaining about not getting a discount similar to a VIP.

It's fixed as of right now so thanks for calling. Ocean Walk doesn't show the discount that it is supposed to have, so I just called and was told it should be fixed in a couple of days.
