I only own languamar and I didn't see a better place to post/ask this. If this isn't fair to ask her just let me know please!

Anyways, I've recently paid to put my weeks into interval and they have given me a few certificates over the past months. Every time they have extended the duration/expiration of the certificate which often allows me to utilize it one way or another. Just curious to hear from some more seasoned owners - is this normal? Are they just hitting me up because I'm new and they want me to pay for platinum? Is it all random?

thanks Tug!

Its quite normal, sorry to say you are not special, at least to II, you are just the target of their marketing initiatives to try and shift sticky inventory, almost all members get these accom certs. You can just let them lapse, and they will either be extended or another one will be along in due course.

There are many, many varieties of Accom Cert in II, the ones you see that turn up for no reason are consistent. Then there are ones they issue as promotions, for example as an incentive to deposit or to exchange. Those promotional ones can have different inventory, sometimes better, sometimes worse than the random ones. They can have a limited reservation window, or one that goes out 12 months, and they can have the ability to submit a request and for you to pay to extend them.

Glad to know not special! Reading it, can come off poorly. I'm able to drive to a few nice places. So to clarify was mostly wondering if this happens often and if so that's a happy perk for us. Thanks for the reply!

II moved to giving out freebie ACs when they stopped offering Choose 2 (fka XYZ). They hand them out like candy and offer them for all different types of things like confirming an exchange during a promo period, renew membership, upgrade membership, depositing a week, or just for fun.
