Interval International Canada Billing "Zip" Code Issue

For any Canadians... I'm trying to book a trip for a friend who lives in Canada, booking a Getaway stay on Interval with a Guest Certificate. I can get all the way up to the payment screen and it's giving me an error saying the zip code is invalid... Canada doesn't have zip codes so I'm putting the postal code in. I've tried with a space, without a space, nothing is working.

Is there some trick to this or do I just need to call Customer Service? TIA!

Are you choosing "Canada" before you put the postal code in - that's the ticket.
