I have been contacted by the above company to rent out my RCI bonus points. I have to pay them 399.00 to "activate" my reservation. Has anyone had a good experience with this company?

When someone calls you and you have to pay them money - RUN. They have no interest in helping you - just themselves. And corporate event organizers never stay at timeshares. They book hotels. That's where the availability is.

@Jennil10, This is an advertising listing company and has been around for about year. What they actually do is collect upfront fees to list your timeshare rental or sale on their poorly designed website. You are very, very unlikely to ever get an offer forwarded to you. Their personnel resources are devoted to cold calling trying to collect the upfront fees and providing customer service to those who have already paid only gets in the way of cold calling.

This company crosses the line into scammer territory by flat out lying to people by telling them that they will rent out your excess RCI weeks. All they want is your credit card number and will say anything to get it.

See the complaints from the BBB

I looked at their website and it is as expected - practically useless for any potential buyer or renter. You have to scroll through dozens and dozens of timeshare resort names that are in no particular order either by name or geographical area. If you happen to find a resort you like and click on it you are asked to fill out your contact info (name, e-mail and "message") and it says they will present your offer to the owner. This is an absolute joke if you are a renter because the resort page doesn't list ANY dates at all and you have no idea of what the price would be. If you are a buyer for a timeshare, you are left guessing to price, maintenance fees, type of ownership, etc. No reasonable person would deal with this website. Even if you wanted to deal with this website the chances of even finding it are remote. I searched Google for "Timeshares for rent" and gave up looking for it after 10 pages of scrolling.

I also see a similar company that is likely related as their website format is similar and their About Us page is identical is some cases. This company dates further back and has lots of complaints and an F rating with the BBB. This scammer likely opened a "new" company that doesn't have the complaints holding them back from extracting money from cold calling.
