Redweek and gokoala are the two I hear most about. You'll need to have already reserved your week. Them you can list your reserved week. I've only used gokoala and I find their website listing process to be smooth.

Yes they are the main 2 you will hear of but I would consider them more listing agencies/intermediaries than management companies. Because you own the timeshare and the reservation you still have to do the majority of the leg work, including fighting your own corner if your renter becomes problematical.
So…there aren’t really “management companies” that handle timeshare rentals the same way that you might be used to in the Hamptons or LBI.
There are reputable companies that handle the listing and payment process (e.g. Redweek) but I don’t know of any that offer that same kind of ‘soup to nuts’ complete service.
There are rental brokers out there but I don’t know if they were renting stuff they own or acting as an intermediary. I will ask one and try and find out.
Vacation Candy is another rental listing company
I rented my first trip to Harborside through them
in 2013
They have people answering the phones on inquiries
I have had zero luck renting Harborside through Go-Koala
