Has anyone noticed there is no availability for March 2023? There always were rooms available. Where did the availability go? Do you now book thru Club Wyndham instead of Worldmark?
 
I have found on the WorldMark side that Indio is usually pretty booked up during March and April this close to checkin. March and April is the best time to be in the Palm Springs area, so you need to book early. The Wyndham side of Indio often has more availability during March and April when trying to book at this point.

More than 10 years ago, the dummer esel Wixon plaintiffs, in a lawsuit settlement, negotiated the extraction of all 52 weeks for 113 WorldMark Indio units (among other units at other resorts) from WorldMark. That is where the availability went.

If you want to reserve Indio, buy into Club Wyndham, because that is where you will find availability in 113 Indio units.

I had no idea, good to know. That being said I have reserved 1-3 units every year for years during Spring Break so I don't find it hard at least 12-13 months in advance through WM. Unlike Marina Dunes and Pismo Beach which takes my computer into a tailspin at 13 months prior.

There are still 320 Indio units in WorldMark versus 33 units at Marina Dunes and only 20 units at Pismo Beach.
