II Size Upgrade - request not working

I have created an OGS for either of the Marriott's in Spain's Costa Del Sol (MMB or MUZ). I am using the 1 bedroom from my Marriott Grande Vista L/O. My preferred window is narrow. I am seeking late April or early May, 2026. Given our narrow focus, I would be happy with a 1 bedroom, but we would prefer a 2 or 3 bedroom. My issue is the II site will not allow me to select any size other than a 1 bedroom. It will not even allow me to indicate a downsize to a studio.

I am familiar with how to do this. Below is a screenshot from II. It will not allow me to slide the unit size scale. Is this new or a glitch? I thought it may be a browser issue so I switched from Firefox to Safari, but it didn't change anything.

Make sure you don't have an ad blocker turned on. I recall this being an issue for me in the past and whitelisting the II website solved it. Also try incognito mode on your browser to see if that helps.

Edit: I just tested it again. I have uBlock Origin Lite on Chrome and when it is enabled, it won't allow me to move the sliders. When disabled, it works.
 
Good thinking, but it didn't resolve the issue. I have also now tried Google Chrome with ad block turned off. Same issue.

Did you try incognito/private browsing mode?

Not working in Chrome for me either. Will try tweaking some settings.

Looks like some kind of script error with the unit size slider. But curious how Dioxide gets it to work.

If you need to place a request it is working in Edge browser for me.

Did you check if the error shows up in the console even when it works? I don't have that blocker and turned off all chrome built in blockers and it still doesn't work. I wonder if you have something else turned off in site settings that I have on, but I'm pretty much default.

I don't see the error when it works. At least not that I can see but I don't have a lot of experience using the console. I don't really have any other element blockers installed and only a couple extentions. But I wouldn't expect an extension to make it work. I don't seem to have any issues with Safari and I don't have anything installed there. It is as default as it gets. I am using a Mac.
 
Do you see this, or other ad, at the bottom of the Getaway page?

ETA: @dioxide45 you are onto something. Went to incognito (where I am not logged into Google) and the ad shows up and the slider works. Something getting blocked when I am logged in. I do a bit of web programming and this is very puzzling.

I wonder of @Ski-Dad is logged into google or tried incognito mode.

Then it would seem you have some type of ad or element blocker turned on. There is something in your configuration that is blocking the ad. Not that it should matter, but do you use VPN?
