Does anyone know if there's a difference between the:

Simpson Bay Resort & Marina with the code "SII"

or

Simpson Bay Resort & Marina with the code "SI4"

?

Both listings have the same description with the same picture but then I went to http://www.simpsonbayresort.com/ and saw that they have "The Villas" and "The Resort" sections. I'm not sure if it's related to the codes on II but if anyone has an idea or experience at this location it would really help a lot.

Thanks!

Villas are better

The Villas at Simpson Bay are right on the water. Other parts of the resort are set back and higher up. I stayed at the Villas a few years back and the rooms were large with nice views of the bay. The pool is right there. I didn't look at the rest of the resort, but it doesn't look to be as nice.

I just called over there. They said SI4 is the Resort and SII "gives you options to get into the best option on location." In other words, it may cost more as a getaway, but that does not guarantee you an oceanfront room or one at the Villas. Booking SI4 does not necessarily mean you won't be ungraded to the Villas.

I'm not sure why one would not prefer Flamboyant, which is right on the beach, or Marina, which is also oceanfront.

We stayed in Flamboyant and loved the location.
