II-Max number of Getaways or Exchanges into a Property

Hello! Did a tour in Cabo this week. We have exchanged or bought getaways to this property several times. Our last time here, they said "II is going away" Whatever. This time, they said "II is used to get people here for marketing-max three times. You'll never see it again." Except, we booked June already.

So question is, can we be limited to exchanges/getaways? And if so, will that just mean they won't appear in a search? I would not want a transaction revoked after the fact.

As far as I know, the only limitation I have seen on getaways was that I couldn't book more than three at the same resort during the same time period/week.

Their is currently a restriction for getaways. It is either 2 or 3 getaways to the same property in a 12 month period.

I don't know if it applies across the board or if like RCI's 1 in x restriction is only for resorts that specifically request the restriction.

It does not effect how many exchanges you can do into the same resort only Getaways.
