II Getaway and EPlus Resort Visability Questions

I have 2 II accounts: 1) corporate II account mandatory that I never trade in II (WKORV 2 bdrm OF, WKV Plat) or use SOs; and 2) a voluntary II account with a small 1 bdrm Vistana II trader:

1) will the Getaway offers be different between these 2 accounts? or can I just search one account to save time?

2) I've noticed that some of the Sightings Forum MVC listings under No Preference are not showing up on my EPlus Searches with my small 1 bdrm Vistana trader booking under EPlus. Do EPlus searches pull different inventory than a regular search then deposit?
