II exchange problem. "The unit is not available at this time."

Hi,

I've been trying to confirm an exchange with II online tonight. I can find the unit I want every time when I do the search with a one bedroom fairfield floating week. But when I try to confirm, I got the error "The unit is not available at this time.". When I use a studio floating week, I don't see the week I want. When I use a 2 bedroom floating week, I could confirm the exchange. Any suggestions?

Is this within 60 days?
Try calling II and they will frustrate you more. They probably can't even see it with 2 br.
