II E-Plus question

I cancelled a getaway for a reservation in May, and was given an AC. I used that to book a week in September.
I didn't pay for E-Plus, but the 'Important Information about Your Exchange' page that came with the confirmation states
'Your purchase of E-Plus gives you ultimate flexibility.........'. I thought maybe they gave me E-Plus for free.
So I thought I'd look around for something later, but I've never used E-Plus, and don't see it indicated anywhere with that reservation.
So am I missing something, or do I just not have E-Plus for that reservation.
The only clickable spots on the history page for that reservation are for Guest Certificate and Resend Confirmation. Is that where it would normally appear?

EPlus is an opt out when going through the confirmation process. When you get to the page where you can add a guest certificate or EPlus, the EPlus checkbox is automatically checked, and you have to uncheck it if you don't want it. That said, I don't think EPlus is evan an option to add on an AC exchange. In fact, we have an upcoming stay using an AC and when I look at that same 'Important Information about Your Exchange' email, I have the following. I didn't add EPlus as it wasn't even an option with the AC. I think it is standard verbiage to be used to upsell.

For the utmost in flexibility you may purchase E-Plus, which gives you the ability to change your destination, resort, unit or travel dates up to 3 additional times.* E-Plus can be purchased anytime between now and 5 days after your retrade exchange confirmation date. Just log on to IntervalWorld.com or contact a Vacation Advisor at your local servicing office.
