If you want to deposit a specific week, you can only do so after you have reserved it in the MVC system. Typically that is only 12 months in advance of check-in. Not sure of the timeline if you allow MVC to select which week to deposit.
 
You can deposit fixed week fixed unit properties up to 18 months out. At least the ones in Hilton Head. There are very few of those.
