If you only have RCI via Wyndham and HGVC how do you get a printed resort directory?

I tried to find the buttons, I tried chatting, it seems impossible cause the links JUST AREN'T there.

Did chat tell you there was a link to get the directory?

RCI sends it out when and if they feel like it. I don't find them particularly useful and they go right in the recycle. I seem to get one every 2-3 years.

Getting a printed directory isn't listed membership benefit and hasn't been for more than 10 years.

Is there info you can't get off the online directory or do you just like to have something in your hands to look at?

Yes, they said there was a link to order one for $10. I'm willing to order one because my mom won't go through the online directory, and in terms of making a spreadsheet wishlist I feel like flipping through the book is just IDK easier for some people.

Try going through facebook messenger or something similar and tell them that you mother an rci wyndham member is visually impaired and needs a physical copy along with a magnifying glass or whatever fits her needs the best and see if they would be willing to make an acoomodation and send her a physical copy. There is a link on my regular rci account but no such link though my wyndham account.

Well, I called and no problem at all. They didn't ask to charge me either, I guess we'll see if they hit my card for $10 and just didn't mention it. Very strange to have call in let you potentially spend money that chat won't let you do, when chat is behind the login (well I think it was anyway - I had to log in to get the link).

This seems like it makes it more expensive for RCI too to require more people manning the phones but what do I know. On the upside, very little hold time today. I think maybe 2 minutes.
