I need to confirm what view this week at Ocean Pointe? Is this an Ocean Front?

Where can I see a visual map or plan of Ocean Pointe?

Is unit 6702 Ocean Front?

Asking since a good friend is about to sign a contract. We want to ensure he is getting an Ocean Front week.
@dioxide45 I seem to recall you have some good color coded illustrations or Ocean Pointe? Can you please point me in the right direction?

Thanks as always in advance.

6702 is not an oceanfront unit. XX02 is the very back corner of the main 4 buildings. (closest to the road)

Thank You @jwalk03 .

Now this friend of mine has entered into a contract from a Redweek sale. It was advertised as an OceanFront unit. He was obligated to use the Redweek Closing company. However he has $1500 tied up in the deposit.
Now that he has confirmed from the resort, and with us that that the week is not in fact Ocean Front but in fact an Oceanview he may have to forfeit the $1500 deposit as he does not want to proceed with the closing. I don't have the details of the contract either. This is unfortunate since it was advertised as an OceanFront week.

By the way? What does this code indicate?

PS*6702*50*B

I realize the 50 is the week. What is the PS and the B?

If it was advertised as oceanfront, your friend should be able to back out of it and get a full deposit. Especially if that is in the contract.

Week 50 is the week of the floating SILVER Season. I hope your friend didn't think he was buying a Platinum week (which is winter time use).

As @dioxide45 pointed out, your friend is due for a full refund if it was advertised as an Oceanfront view when in fact in turns out to actually be an Oceanside view.

I agree with the others- no way he is obligated to proceed with the sale as the unit is not as described. He should immediately let the closing company know and demand a refund.

The first 2 letters are the resort code. And I think the B indicates that its an annual week. All of my weeks are B as well- so I am not sure what the letter is for an EOY week.

From trust conveyances, I believe every other year is designated with an X.

E for every other year even years
X for every other year odd years
B for both/annual week
